Here you’ll find all the answers to your questions about ticketing, accessibility, accreditation, volunteering, minimum age, etc. In short, all the information you need!

TICKETS

If you have any questions about ticketing, please consult the Shotgun help centre.

You don’t have to print out your ticket (the trees will thank you), but make sure you download it onto your mobile before the festival (to avoid network problems on site).

All purchases of reduced-price tickets must be accompanied by proof of identity in “physical” format*:

– Under 25s: Pass Navigo Culture** with the Ile-de-France region and pass voisins Paris 12ème ;
– Jobseekers and RSA recipients: certificate less than 6 months old;
– AAH recipients: MDPH decision or proof of payment for the previous month;
– For students: a valid card from an educational establishment in France.

*identity documents in digital format (on mobile phone) or paper format (copy of identity document) cannot be accepted.

** Offer reserved for Navigo customers under the age of 25 with a valid season ticket (excluding Navigo Jour, Easy and Découverte) on the date of the festival visit. This offer is valid for holders of a monthly, annual, Liberté + or Imagine R pass.

Access to the festival will be refused without presentation of these documents at the entrance.

Access to the festival is restricted to adults (18 and over). In case of doubt, security may ask you to show proof of identity in “physical” format*.

* ID documents in digital format (cell phone) or paper format (copy of ID document) will not be accepted. No tolerance will be accepted.

Management reserves the right of entry.

For identity documents or means of payment (ID card, passport, driving license, credit card, wallet, etc.), a document proving your identity will be requested.

All exits are final.

The PEACOCK SOCIETY festival is organized to welcome disabled people and people with reduced mobility, with special facilities.

  • Reception team coordinated by 2 specialized associations
  • PSH entrance and PRM parking
  • Dedicated platforms in front of stages
  • All sanitary blocks and bars are fitted out to allow access for PRMs
  • Magnetic loop
  • Vibrating vests
    Assistance and guide dogs are allowed on the festival grounds.

5# Drones*, laser pointers*, megaphones*, sirens, musical instruments*, selfie poles, tripods…
6# Glass bottles and containers, food (cans, metal cans, tins, etc.)
7# Distribution of leaflets, flyers, tracts, promotional posters (unless authorized), flags, banners…
8# Aerosols (perfume, spray, deodorant, spray paint…), markers…
9# Bicycles*, scooters*, scooters*, skateboards, motorcycle helmets, bicycle batteries and pumps, ….
10# Bags and backpacks larger than H 50 cm x W 30 cm x D 25 cm, suitcases of all sizes, umbrellas with pointed tips

*non-returnable items are prohibited at the festival?

A locker is located at the festival gates for helmets, large bags and equipment. Bags prohibited on the festival grounds will not be accepted.

Deposit for unauthorized items: €5 per item, in cash/cb/cashless. Please note that the deposit only holds unauthorized items, except those marked with a star*.
You can pick up your items at the festival exit. All exits are final.

A first-aid post will of course be present at the festival near the main entrance.

Others

Free earplugs will be available at reception.

100% of festival payments are made by credit card.

No, festival-goers can’t bring their own food and drink.

Numerous food stalls will be present with all types of food.

No, 2-day passes are nominative and cannot be shared. Cutting your wristband will render it invalid if the ticket is not in your name.

It is indeed possible to take photos without permission, provided you don’t use professional equipment, in which case you’ll need to apply for accreditation.

The PEACOCK FESTIVAL team informs you that the event will be filmed. If you take part in the festival, you expressly acknowledge that your image may be used in the production of audiovisual programs, reports made for the purpose of promoting the event, by any means and in any format, without restriction of time or place.

Please send us an e-mail to request accreditation.

If validated, you will receive a reply by e-mail with a ticket. Without these, accreditation cannot be confirmed.

For reasons of environmental protection and cleanliness, the distribution of promotional leaflets and posters is forbidden in the festival area and on site.

Drinking water fountains will be available at the festival, so don’t forget to bring your own bottles! Please note that glass bottles are not permitted.

No, pets are not allowed (except assistance and guide dogs).

We’ve organized the festival in such a way as to welcome you in the best possible conditions and avoid you having to wait at the entrance, the toilets and the various stands.
